Our Services

End-to-end 3D concrete printing from architectural design through finished structure

Our Capabilities

3D Printed Residential Homes

Residential Home Printing

Our flagship service prints complete residential structures from foundation to roof plate. Working from your architect’s plans or our in-house design team, we print structural walls, integrated utility channels, curved features, and complex geometries that would be cost-prohibitive to form conventionally. A typical 1,200 sq ft single-story shell is completed in 20–48 hours of continuous print time. Finishes, roofing, windows, and MEP are completed by traditional trades. We handle permitting coordination and structural engineering certification.

Commercial 3D Printed Structures

Commercial Structures

Multi-story offices, retail buildings, hospitality, and mixed-use developments benefit enormously from 3D printing’s ability to produce complex curved facades, organic interior walls, and integrated structural forms without expensive custom formwork. We have printed structures up to 3 stories using our reinforced extrusion system, with continuous filament reinforcement embedded during the print cycle. Commercial projects include detailed shop drawings, structural analysis, and site-specific gantry installation.

Printable Concrete Mix Material

Concrete Mix Design & Engineering

Printable concrete is fundamentally different from standard cast concrete. It must be fluid enough to pump and extrude, stiff enough to hold its printed shape without slumping, and develop sufficient early strength to support subsequent layers. Our material engineers develop custom mix designs optimized for your local aggregate, climate, and print equipment. We supply mix specifications, trial batch testing, QA/QC protocols, and ongoing technical support. Mixes available include Portland-based, geopolymer (alkali-activated), and fiber-reinforced formulations.

Architectural Design for 3D Printing

Design for 3D Print Consulting

Most conventional architectural designs can be adapted for concrete 3D printing, but truly optimized designs unlock the technology’s full potential: biomorphic walls that improve insulation, integrated conduit channels, curved surfaces without cost premium, and topology-optimized structural geometry. Our design consultants work with your architect or provide full in-house design services. We use parametric design tools to generate print toolpaths directly from BIM models, and can produce photo-realistic renders, structural simulations, and print time estimates before any concrete is poured.

From Design to Doorstep

1

Design & Toolpath Generation

Your architectural plans are processed into layer-by-layer print toolpaths. We review geometry for printability, integrate utility channels, and run structural simulations before anything is printed.

2

Mix Qualification & Site Prep

Concrete mix is batched and tested on-site to confirm pumpability and open time. The gantry system is erected over the slab, print equipment is calibrated, and a trial extrusion run is completed.

3

Printing

The robotic system prints continuously, layer by layer, while on-site technicians monitor extrusion flow, layer height, and mix consistency in real time. Rebar or continuous filament reinforcement is placed during printing.

4

Curing, Finishing & Handoff

The printed structure cures to full strength within 28 days. Post-print finishing (window/door openings, surface texturing, coating) is completed, and a full structural inspection report is provided at handoff.
